Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Duties & Taxes Included (DDP Service) For orders shipped to the European Union, all customs duties and import taxes (VAT) are included in the shipping fee. Your order will be cleared through customs and delivered directly to your door — no additional charges upon delivery. What you pay at checkout is the final amount.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at yongd676@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
