Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can:

• Log in to your account at https://account.babaitea.com to submit a return or cancellation request.
• If you checked out with a phone number only: use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. The standard outbound shipping cost will be refunded. Return shipping from EU countries is free of charge.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unopened and in original packaging
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• Returned within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order

Please note: Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on opened tea products.
